Heather Tibbo

Heather Tibbo is Chief Executive Officer of Crestbridge Family Office Services, which she co-founded in 2013. Based in Jersey, she leads the company's strategy, culture, and values, and manages key client relationships. A trained lawyer, she previously practised in offshore matters for individuals, intermediaries, and trustees, spending eleven years based in London before returning to Jersey in 2010.

With over 25 years of experience in the UHNW sector, Tibbo has played a central role in growing Crestbridge into a business operating across multiple international jurisdictions, and has helped establish Crestbridge Fiduciary in the US. She has been an eight-year recipient of ePrivateclient's Top 50 Most Influential List and is listed in the Private Client Global Elite Directory. She has won the CEO category at WealthBriefing European Awards (2024) and the Female Leadership category at WealthBriefing Channel Islands Awards (2025).
