Guy Harles
Guy Harles is a Partner and Founding Partner of Arendt & Medernach, and the firm's former Chairman. His practice covers corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private clients, advising on the structuring of international transactions, private equity investments, corporate reorganisations and private wealth management.
He is a member of the Luxembourg Bar and served as its Chair (Batonnier) from 2011 to 2012, is an honorary member of the Paris Bar and was admitted as a foreign lawyer to the Hong Kong Bar in 2009. He holds a Master's in Law from Robert Schuman University (Strasbourg) and an advanced degree in Banking & Finance (DESS), and has held teaching roles at institutions including the University of Luxembourg and Universite Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg. His leadership roles include President of EuroArbitrage, Chairman of the Luxembourg Arbitration Association and Chair of the IBA Corporate & M&A Law Committee.
