Gina Parker is co-founder and senior partner at Panthera Private Office, and a principal partner at St. James's Place, with over 25 years of experience in wealth management and structuring. Her core expertise covers financial planning and investment strategy, wealth management and structuring, supporting clients through liquidity events and post-liquidity transitions, next generation and succession planning, intergenerational wealth education, trust work, and family philanthropic foundations, including helping entrepreneurs transition from illiquid to liquid assets. She is a chartered financial planner serving HNW and UHNW individuals, city professionals, and entrepreneurs, specialising in very large and complex wealth.

She is also founder and trustee of the Nepal Youth Foundation UK and a board member of the US-based Nepal Youth Foundation.
