Gina Le Prevost

Gina Le Prevost is CEO and founder of AP Executive, the executive search division of AP Group. Based in Switzerland and originally from Guernsey, she brings over 30 years of experience in private/family offices, trust/charitable foundations, and wealth management sectors. She holds the designation of Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Practitioners and possesses an REC Diploma.

She founded AP Group in 1990 as Approved Personnel. Under her leadership, the organisation has grown to include four specialist divisions: AP Executive, AP Personnel, AP Technical, and AP GlobalEnergy, operating across nine jurisdictions globally. Her expertise spans executive and senior board-level recruitment, with particular focus on Swiss and international private/family office and wealth management sectors. Her career highlights include being named the first female president of the Young Businessmen's Group for the Guernsey Chamber of Commerce.
