Geoff Cook

Geoff Cook is Managing Director of Geoff Cook Advisory and brings over 30 years of financial services experience. He previously served as CEO of Jersey Finance and Head of Wealth Management at HSBC UK, and currently holds non-executive and chair positions across multiple bank, fund, private capital, and social enterprise boards, including Chair of Quilter Cheviot International (Jersey) and Chair of Mourant Consulting (Jersey). He is an advisor and non-executive director to a select number of family office, private capital, and advisory boards.

He is a Chartered Director, a Chartered Banker with an MBA (Distinction), and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Securities and Investment Institute, as well as a member of the Society of Trustee and Estate Practitioners (STEP). His international regulatory expertise includes direct engagement with the OECD, IMF, FATF, and principal regulators globally, and he has authored numerous articles and papers on cross-border investment and the role of international finance centres.
