Filippo Noseda

Filippo Noseda is a Partner in Mishcon Private and a Visiting Professor at King's College London with expertise in international tax and estate planning issues. A dual-qualified English solicitor and Swiss Rechtsanwalt who is also admitted in the BVI, he routinely advises on the establishment and restructuring of trusts and foundations, as well as on UK, EU, Swiss and international tax and succession planning matters, including family governance and disputes.

He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law, and previously acted as Judge at the San Marino Court for Trusts and Fiduciary Relations (2020-2025).
