Emily Kozien-Colyer

Emily Kozien-Colyer is a Partner at Manders Law, a specialist family law firm in London, having been promoted from Legal Director with effect from 1 October 2025. She graduated from the University of York and qualified with Goodman Derrick (now RWK Goodman following its merger with Royds Withy King), joining Manders Law in July 2019.

She specialises in divorce and financial remedy proceedings, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, private children proceedings, and parental orders following international surrogacy. Her practice includes High Court family litigation involving international elements, complex business structures, family trusts, and inherited wealth disputes. She was named an eprivateclient Top 35 Under 35 in 2022 and has volunteered on the Rights of Women helpline for over ten years.
