Edward Bennett

Edward Bennett is a Consultant in Bedell Cristin's International Private Client team, based in Jersey, with 30 years of experience advising local and international clients on trusts, foundations, and related corporate structures. He became a partner at Bedell Cristin in 1998 and is a Jersey Advocate, a Jersey Notary Public, and a non-practising Solicitor of England and Wales.

He is recognised as a leading figure in next-generation wealth planning, frequently advising internationally wealthy families on the complexities of wealth transfer. His recognition includes Legal 500 UK 'Hall of Fame' (2019–2023), Chambers UK Band 2 'Leader in their field' (2017–2023), and the inaugural award for most commendations at Citywealth's IFC Awards 2020.
