Dhana Sabanathan

Dhana Sabanathan is a partner in the Tax, Trusts and Succession team in London at Michelmores LLP and heads the firm's family offices department. She joined Michelmores in 2023 from Winckworth Sherwood, where she was a partner in the Private Business and Wealth team for over five years; prior to that she was a partner at an international law firm. She specialises in working with high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices, entrepreneurs, corporates, and owner-managed businesses, with particular expertise in international tax advice and its interplay with complex pre- and post-nuptial agreements.

She was admitted as a solicitor in 2007 and is a STEP member and committee member for STEP City of London. She is ranked in the Chambers High Net Worth guide for both Family Offices & Funds Structuring and Private Wealth Law, is recommended in Legal 500, appears on the CityWealth Leaders List, and won Gold in the 'Outstanding Individual of the Year' category at the CityWealth Powerwomen Awards 2024.
