Deborah Cain
Deborah Cain is a Partner at Brachers (part of Lawfront), where she heads the Private Wealth Disputes team, focusing on disputes and litigation involving wills, trusts, the estates of deceased persons, and inheritance-related matters, including elder abuse cases. She joined Brachers in April 2017 after working in Sussex and London practices, and her caseload covers will and codicil validity disputes, Inheritance Act 1975 claims, professional negligence claims against estate administrators and will drafters, and beneficiary, trustee and executor disagreements.
