Darran Fawcett

Darran Fawcett is a Partner at Irwin Mitchell, based in the firm's Chichester office, where he manages the Trust team. Although not a lawyer by training, he brings accounting expertise to trust work, with the team administering approximately 1,000 trusts of varying types and sizes and offering full accounting, taxation compliance and administrative support to trustees, executors and beneficiaries.

His role includes helping trustees fulfil their legal responsibilities as compliance requirements evolve. He has been recognised as a Legal 500 UK Recommended Lawyer (2022) and has published in Citywire Wealth Manager (Gatekeepers, August 2012).
