Clare Stirzaker

Clare Stirzaker is a Partner in the Private Client & Tax team at Boodle Hatfield. She focuses on succession planning and wealth structuring for multi-generational families and family offices, with key areas including succession planning strategy and implementation, bespoke asset holding structures (PTCs, limited partnerships and foundations), family and corporate governance frameworks, philanthropic strategy development and international wealth planning.

Prior to Boodle Hatfield she held senior roles at PwC (as Partner) and Barclays Wealth. She is Committee Chair for Remember A Charity's wealth adviser committee and a published contributor to the STEP Handbook for Advisers 2025. She qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and her recognition includes the eprivateclient 50 Most Influential (2025) and Chambers HNW ranked individual (2022-2025).
