Clare Maurice is a Partner at Maurice Turnor Gardner and a leading private client solicitor recognised globally. She advises UHNW individuals, families, trustees, family offices, entrepreneurs, private banks and trust companies on trust law, estate planning and personal taxation. Her practice focuses internationally, particularly on clients from the Americas, Middle East and Europe, specialising in pre-arrival planning, residence/domicile issues, asset structuring and US/UK succession planning.

Maurice serves as trustee of private family trusts and advises on matters ranging from wills and probate to mental capacity and trusts for disabled persons. She has extensive experience establishing and operating charities, having previously chaired Barts and the London Charity (2001–2009) and Co-ordinated Action Against Domestic Abuse, and is a trustee of the Childwick Trust.
