Claire Rudkin

Claire Rudkin is a Partner and Head of Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts at Flint Bishop Solicitors, based in Derby. She manages one of the largest wills and probate teams in the East Midlands and has extensive experience dealing with the estates and complex trusts of high-net-worth individuals, advising on will writing, estate administration, trusts, tax planning, deputyships, Court of Protection matters, and foreign domicile probate. Her prior background in accountancy, combined with her legal expertise, enables her to provide comprehensive estate and tax planning advice; her clients include those with estates over £10 million and trusts in excess of £300 million.
