Christine Pasquier Ciulla is a founding partner of CMS Monaco and co-head of the firm's Private Clients team. She specialises in family law, private international law and trusts & estates law, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters including prenuptial agreements and matrimonial regime changes, national and international divorces, succession planning, cross-border wealth planning, family governance, adoption and child-related matters, and adult legal protection.

She was admitted to the Monaco Bar in 1988 and holds a Master's Degree in Private Law from the University of Nice. She was appointed Knight of the Order of Saint-Charles in 2011 and promoted to Officer in 2025, and is consistently ranked by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500. She was elected to Monaco's National Council (Parliament) from 1998 to 2003 and again from February 2023, chairing the Legislation Committee. She works in French, English and Italian.
