Christine Pasquier-Ciulla

Christine Pasquier Ciulla is one of the founding partners of CMS Pasquier Ciulla Marquet Pastor Svara & Gazo in Monaco and co-head of the firm's Private Clients team. Widely recognised as one of the most experienced Avocats Defenseurs in Monaco, she advises and represents a clientele comprised of Monegasque and foreign private individuals (HNWI and UHNWI), trusts and family offices.

Her practice focuses on prenuptial agreements, matrimonial regimes, divorces, successions, wealth planning, family governance, adoptions, parental matters, legal protection of adults, and criminal offences related to family law. She was admitted to the Monaco Bar in 1988 and holds a Master's Degree in Private Law from the University of Nice.
