Chris Jones

Chris Jones is the Founding Director of Warnerheath, a boutique property buying agency focused on prime central London. He has over 20 years of experience in prime property buying and advisory and is Chambers and Partners Band 1 ranked in the HNW Buying Agents category (2024). He was shortlisted for Property Adviser of the Year at the Spear's Awards 2023, noted at the time as the only small business finalist.

Jones built the firm around three stated pillars — communication, advice and client commitment — and operates as a single point of contact for each client.
