Charlie Maydon Grace

Charlie Maydon Grace is a partner at Macfarlanes LLP advising high-net-worth entrepreneurs, international families, trustees, and family offices on complex cross-border tax, trust, and estate planning. Her work frequently involves significant international considerations, including offshore family office structuring with UK/US tax complexities, pre-arrival advice for families relocating to the UK, and foundation structures in Middle Eastern markets (including Shari'a compliance). She was previously seconded to a leading law firm in Bermuda, where she worked on trust and litigation matters often with a US focus.
