Ceri Vokes

Ceri Vokes co-heads the firm's private client and tax team in Europe and has nearly 25 years in the City. She transitioned from corporate tax law to focus exclusively on private clients, representing entrepreneurs, founders, private equity and hedge fund principals, and large multi-generational family offices, with expertise across the full spectrum of tax and trust planning for UK and international clients, including US citizens.

Ceri joined Withers in 2006 and became a partner in 2013. She has been appointed as Withers' next Chief Executive Officer, with the role formally commencing on 1 July 2026, and will continue to practise as a tax lawyer alongside her leadership duties. She is ranked as a Leading Individual by Legal 500 and is recognised in the Chambers High Net Worth guide.
