Camilla Dell

Camilla Dell is the founder and Managing Partner of Black Brick Property Solutions, which she established in 2007 after working in the London property market since 2002, including at Foxtons and Knight Frank. She has built Black Brick into one of London's largest independent buying consultancies, acting as a buy-side adviser for private banks, family offices and trusts.

The firm has acquired more than £2 billion of residential property for over 500 private clients across London, the home counties and the west country. Dell has been named in The Telegraph's Property Power List, was Spear's Property Adviser of the Year in 2013, and is listed in the Spear's 500 Property Buying Agents Index and the Chambers High Net Worth guide.
