Billy Stephenson

Billy Stephenson is the Founder and Managing Director of Stephenson Executive Search (SES), an award-winning boutique search firm. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (FCSI) and a Freeman of the City of London. Prior to founding SES, he worked as an investment advisor at Credit Suisse, where he managed the assets of high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients including charities, financial professionals, companies, trusts, and entrepreneurs.

Stephenson heads the firm's financial services practice, focusing on C-suite and senior appointments in asset management, private wealth management, and family office sectors across investment, distribution, and operational functions. He operates at board level with FTSE 100, FTSE 250, AIM-listed and private companies. He is a judge at the WealthBriefing Awards and the Spear's Wealth Management Awards, and serves as a board member of a charity.
