Ben Morton Wright
Ben Morton Wright is Founder, Group CEO and Director of Global Philanthropic Holdings, described as a leading voice in the global philanthropic sector with more than 30 years of experience in international philanthropy. He founded Global Philanthropic in Asia in 2002 and has led an international consulting team serving over 1,000 organisations globally, including philanthropists, foundations, multilateral and UN bodies, and major universities. In 2016 he established Talking Philanthropy, described as the world's largest philanthropic forum, and he has authored numerous articles, blogs and books on philanthropy trends.
He served seven years as a Member of Council at Goldsmiths, University of London, where he voluntarily led a fundraising initiative raising over £20 million, including establishing the endowed Migrant Futures Institute. He currently serves as a trustee and adviser on several boards including DanceEast, is a member of the Royal Automobile Club, and is recognised as an expert in Asian philanthropy, advising private individuals and philanthropists on long-term philanthropic strategies.
