Bart Peerless is Senior Partner at Charles Russell Speechlys, a position he assumed on 1 May 2021. He specialises in private client work, focusing on succession and estate planning, tax matters related to wealth planning, trusts and asset holding structures, and cross-border tax and succession issues. His clientele includes some of the world's wealthiest families along with many UK and international business people and substantial landowners, and he also serves charitable trusts and acts as trustee for several charities.
