Anna Josse

Anna Josse is CEO and Co-Founder of Prism the Gift Fund, a Donor Advised Fund and UK registered charity established in 2005 to increase charitable funds into the sector. Before founding Prism, she established and managed the British arm of the New Israel Fund, a USA-based charity, and also set up the EU office of Yazam as Director of Investor Relations.

Prism administers the giving of high-net-worth individuals, groups of donors and established foundations across areas including Donor Advised Funds, Collective Funds, philanthropic succession strategies, foundation administration, and grantmaking. In 2025, Josse was named a winner in the 'Overall Female Executive Championing a Wealth For Good Strategy (UK)' category at the WealthBriefing Wealth for Good Awards.
