Andrew Wordsworth

Andrew Wordsworth is a Partner at Raedas, where he is described as a pre-eminent investigations and asset recovery specialist. He has specialised throughout his career in complex investigations, often working on matters involving international multi-stranded litigation, and is expert in asset tracing, having overseen hundreds of mandates on behalf of state-owned and private banks, governments and corporations across the US, Germany, Japan, the Middle East, CIS regions, Latin America, Africa and Central Asia.

His practice encompasses fraud investigations, sovereign enforcement and expropriation disputes, Mareva injunctions and freezing orders, Section 1782 US discovery orders, anti-corruption investigations and extradition defence support.
