Andrew Bayliss

Andrew Bayliss is a Partner at Hanover Search, based in London, who joined the firm in 2006. He specialises in the private client investment management market, with particular focus on recruiting private bankers and investment managers for UK wealth management. His client focus includes family offices and private banks, and he has experience building investment and investment risk teams for asset managers, having placed numerous portfolio managers and Chief Investment Officers.

Bayliss leads key client relationships, contributes to sector strategy, and executes C-suite and director-level search mandates. He is a long-standing member of Hanover's European Leadership Team, which addresses strategic and tactical business issues, and has helped develop Hanover's UK wealth management proposition from investment managers and analysts through to board-level roles.
