Amelie Sarrado
Amelie Sarrado is Director in the Chairman's Office at Christie's auction house. In that role she convenes Christie's Professional Advisor Symposium and works with collectors and families on art collection legacies, including the intersection of philanthropy and art. She has noted that Christie's sold a Banksy artwork for £16 million during Covid with all proceeds directed to the NHS at the donor's request as an example of philanthropy having "a very important 'seat at the table'" at Christie's.
She has been a member of PAIAM (Professional Advisors to the International Art Market) since September 2023, and has spoken at industry events including the Private Client Global Elite Exchange Italy 2024 on the topic of "International circulation of fine collectables".
