Amanda Foster

Amanda Foster is based in London and co-leads the Financial Services Sector at Russell Reynolds Associates. She previously led the Asset and Wealth Management Practice and served on the firm's Executive Committee. With over 15 years of experience, she specialises in CEO and C-suite succession, talent assessment and development, talent acquisition and diversity, and brings expertise in succession planning, leadership assessment, and aligning executive and non-executive leadership with strategic objectives.

Foster spent more than a decade as an investment banker at N.M. Rothschild & Sons, advising on M&A, equity capital markets transactions and project financing across London and Asia Pacific offices. She holds a Bachelor of Business Science (honours) from the University of Cape Town and is a Chartered Accountant (ACA), qualified through PwC London.
