Alex Gardner

Alex Gardner is Group COO at Affinity Group Limited, based in Douglas, Isle of Man. She joined Affinity in 2015 and has over 15 years of experience in Trust and Corporate Services. In her role she is primarily responsible for strategic oversight, with particular focus on overseeing the progression and development of Affinity across all its jurisdictions and business sectors.

She has extensive experience across Affinity's key sectors, having worked on the administration of luxury asset structures for many years before playing an integral role in the growth of the firm's eGaming and fintech divisions. She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a Certified Accounting Technician (ACCA). She has been recognised in Citywealth's NextGen Top 40 Under 40 IFC Awards and received bronze at the 2024 Citywealth Powerwomen Awards – Woman of the Year (Business Growth, Boutique).
