Alastair Glover

Alastair Glover is a Partner and Head of Private Wealth, Middle East at Stephenson Harwood, based in Dubai (also covering Al Khobar and Riyadh). He leads the firm's regional private wealth team, advising high-net-worth individuals and families across the Middle East on complex cross-border estate and succession planning structures. With over a decade based in Dubai, he works with significant GCC families and family offices on legacy planning, family governance and investment holding arrangements.

His practice areas include family office legal services, UAE and international trusts and foundations, tax-efficient investment vehicles and asset protection, UAE corporation tax and real estate structuring, Golden Visas and tax residency, family constitutions and governance, and prenuptial agreements. He is ranked Band 1 in the Chambers and Partners High Net Worth Guide, was the sole winner of the Client Choice 2022 award for Private Client in the UAE, is a Who's Who Legal expert and Technical Director of STEP Arabia.
