Adam Scarr

Adam Scarr is the Director and Founder of Bayford Hale, a recruitment and executive search firm specialising in the Wealth Management, Asset Management and IFA sectors. He has over 15 years of experience in recruitment and executive search within financial services, with previous roles at FTSE 250 recruitment companies and boutique search firms, and spent more than six years as Head of Recruitment at Coutts Private Bank, where he managed headhunting, executive search, people risk, diversity and inclusion initiatives, succession planning and project recruitment.

Prior to his recruitment career, he spent eight years as a full-time athlete representing England and Great Britain in athletics.
